We accept all major credit & debit cards.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card details can be entered during the checkout process, and are processed on a secure server via paypal.
All information is encrypted during processing and not held in clear text on any web site. A Rose Designs does not have access to your credit card details.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
A Rose Designs want you to be happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then items can be returned. Please notify us in the first instance by email or phone.
The item(s) must be returned to us at A Rose Designs, 38 Melford Road, Bilborough, Nottingham, NG8 4AF within 7 days of the date of receipt for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage and packaging charges). This does not affect your statutory rights.
All exchanges will be charged postage and packaging for the new item(s).
If an item is found to be damaged upon receipt, we will refund the cost of the item or send a replacement (postage and packaging charges are non-refundable). We require a photo of the damaged item via email prior to a refund being made.
We will not refund items that are damaged during transit to us so please make sure that you use suitable packaging and we recommend that you return items using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Please use the correct postage for all returns as any packages without the correct postage will not be accepted.
We will not issue a refund for items that are not received.
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.
If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by telephoning us on 01159291410.
If your order has been despatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address given above. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days of cancellation.
If you cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.
Please notify us straight away if there is a mistake in your order. We will of course make every effort to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Our prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Sometimes items can differ from one delivery batch to the next as the product finishing can vary during the manufacturing process.
There may also be colour variations between the actual product and the colour shown on the website.

A Rose Designs will not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when address details are used for goods delivery purposes.
